Tatralandia
Only a 55 minute drive from Chalupa Ria!

The biggest water park in Central Europe, Tatralandia lies between the striking scenery of the Low Tatras and the Western Tatras, nearby the town of Liptovský Mikuláš.

There are 6 thermal pools, which include water massages, bubble-ups, water mushroom, a water swing, water beds, water streams, water volleyball and basketball and a climbing wall with a waterfall.

There are also 18 colourful spiral slides (3 of which are open all year round) and straight water slides. The aquapark has good restaurant facilities, a bar and a children’s corner.

Western City
Only a 55 minute drive from Chalupa Ria!

Right next to the Aquapark Tatralandia, is the unusual tourist attraction of Western City.

The cowboy theme park is actually really good fun, with a bucking bronco ride, horse riding, archery and even prospecting for gold.

You are really able to get into the spirit of the Wild West by dressing up as a cowboy or indian, or by eating Mexican and American dishes in the many restaurants and saloons.

However, the real attraction at the theme park are the three or four live shows that are performed in the evening, which are well worth the admission fee.
